- Telephone Appointment
Initiating a telephone appointment with you, listening to your wealth management interests, describing our services, and answering any preliminary questions about these services.
- Initial Data Collection Inquiry and Marketing Package
Forwarding our introductory package of materials to you, including our proprietary
initial data collection information package request and a risk tolerance questionnaire.

- Scheduling the Right Fit™ Meeting
Setting up a meeting to determine whether or not you will be a good fit with the particular strategies and methods of The Darrow Company advisors.
- The Right Fit™ Meeting and Engagement of Services
Executing our financial planning engagement agreement when you are ready to engage us and we have agreed that a Right Fit™ between us has been established, completing the data collection information package, and requesting additional information as needed.
- Development of the Financial Model
Beginning to develop the Financial Model for you with the information provided, including developing a pro-forma balance sheet, cash flow statement, income statement, asset ownership analysis and Monte Carlo simulations.
- Review of your Current Estate Plan, Investments, Taxes, and other Financial Issues
Using this Financial Model to review your estate, current investment management programs, stock option programs, business situations, tax implications, charitable interests, real estate holdings, employee benefits, retirement plans, special needs, and education planning (as applicable).
- Presentation of your Wealth Management Strategy
Preparing and delivering a presentation illustrating how we plan to consolidate your existing investment accounts into accounts we will manage for your benefit. This presentation is a central blueprint for the investment management process going forward.
- Implementation of your Wealth Management Strategy - Transfer Process and Account Funding
Organizing the necessary paperwork to establish the investment accounts to manage, execute account transfers, fund your revocable trusts, and coordinate the entire investment and estate plan for you.
- Coordination and Oversight of Outside Professionals
Contacting the important professionals in our network (or the advisors you currently have) to plan and implement your Financial Model. These professionals may include estate planning attorneys, CPAs, insurance agents, mortgage brokers, trust officers, and/or separate account investment managers, among others.
